Injector testing

Fuel injectors
Fuel injectors delver fuel into an engine combustion chamber to be burned. Fuel injectors have now entirely replaced carburetors, which was used for fuel delivery for many years. Fuel injectors are parts of a computerized system that spry fuel into the combustion chamber all required into valves.
There are several type of electronic fuel injectors system the simple kind is throttle body injectors , this type work essentially like computerized carburetor, with one fuel injectors. that delver fuel to all of the combustion chamber.
The two type driver design which are:1)peak and hold or,2 )saturation.
The peak and hold driver design has resistance of 1.0_4.0 ohms. The battery voltage is applied to the injector level is reached. The current is the reduce and held designing of pulse width.
Saturation design
The saturation design has usually a resistance of 10.0 to 17.0 ohms or lower resistance, when used in combination . The injector driver is fully on during the entire injector pulse width.

Common values;
With resistor        1.5 - 3.0 ohms
(or with current control built into the ECU)
Without resistor:    14.0 - 17.0 ohms
