Input Sensors and Actuators On-Vehicle

5.0 Throttle position Switches:
5.1 Located the TSP on vehicle.

5.2 Back probe the wire  to the TSP with the ignition on but engine not urning.Open and close the throttle with with the meter connected, and located which wire has the voltage which changes at idle, and which wire has the voltage which changes near wide open throttle. Record wire closer and voltage below.

Idle wire: Colour: Blue
Volt at Idle 2.9 mv
Volts at part throttle or open throttle: 11.95 V

5.3 By watching the voltage above, figure out the circuit diagram for this TSP, and draw it in the box . You may have to refer to theory information about the possible circuit digram.

5.4 Why is this output needed for the ECU to properly run the engine? How do these output change how the engine run in the different condition of idle, part throttle cruise, and wide open throttle power?

The computer needs the correct signal for the mount of air entires, so the ECU can guide for the right amount of fuel needed. TSP less open less air and ECU will give signal for less fuel, TSP more opened , more air and ECU will guide for more fuel to be sprayed.
